Pepper Pet Shop started with a simple question: why is it so hard to find honest pet product reviews?
We got tired of reading “Top 10 Best” lists that were clearly written by someone who never touched the product. Every review site seemed to recommend whatever paid the highest commission. So we decided to do things differently.
What We Do
We test pet products the old-fashioned way — by actually using them with real pets in real homes. Our team includes dog owners, cat parents, and multi-pet households who put products through everyday life before writing a single word.
- We buy products ourselves — no free samples from brands influencing our opinions
- We test for at least 2 weeks — first impressions don’t tell the whole story
- We check with vets — especially for food and health-related products
- We update our reviews — products change, and so do our recommendations
